Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                  
SB 270 be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and                                                                  
placed on final passage.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.

Representative Gruenberg objected and withdrew the objection.  There                                                            
being no further objection, the effective date clause was adopted.                                                              
                                                                                                                                
SB 270 was signed by the Speaker and Chief Clerk and returned to the                                                            
Senate.
